Our Courier service offers you fast turnaround times of just 90 minutes for both drop-off and collection and has been built around quality and speed. All courier cargo travels on specially designed documentation, ensuring a simple and efficient service.

Weight and Volume Limits

Maximum 32kg per piece, 1000kg per consignment. Volume subject to operating aircraft limit. Must travel in an approved courier bag.

Booking Restrictions

Not allowed: Perishables, Dangerous Goods, Live Animals, Human Remains, Liquids in containers requiring special orientation, such as “This way up”, cargo subject to custom regulations or any incompatible cargo that may cause problems on board. No consolidations.

Recovery Promise

In the unlikely event that your cargo does not fly as planned we will notify you within 2 hours of ATD**. We then ensure your cargo arrives at its destination within 24 hours of the original STA.

By sending Courier with IAG Cargo into the United States of America you acknowledge that you need to file pre-loading advance shipment data to CBP as required by the ACAS programme at least 120 minutes prior to STD of flight from origin station.

By self-filing data for US-destined Courier or Cargo shipments tendered by your company and its branches to IAG Cargo, you are bound by all ACAS requirements and any other applicable regulations. Should there be fines or penalties issued in respect of non-submission, errors in submission, misdeclaration, or non-compliance of any CBP instruction to Do Not Load (DNL), your company will be held liable for such fines or penalties, and repeated offences may result in IAG Cargo restricting uplift of your future Courier or Cargo shipments.
