Type of Remains Accepted | Cremated and non-cremated remains are accepted for carriage. This includes exhumed remains which are also accepted. |
HUM Requirements | All coffin/casket remains must be embalmed and accompanied by an Embalming Certificate. The coffin/casket must also be hermetically sealed. Exemptions to these may be granted in rare cases e.g. for exhumed remains. Please discuss with your reservations team. |
Weight and Volume Limits | Operating aircraft limits apply. |
Booking Restrictions | Human Remains cannot be sent as Prioritise. |
Recovery Promise | In the unlikely event there is a delay to your booking we will notify you within 2 hours of ATD. We’ll then ensure that your delivery arrives at its intended destination within 24 hours. |
