IAG Cargo launches new Forward.Platinum loyalty programme for customers

Today IAG Cargo launches its FORWARD.PLATINUM loyalty programme – a new scheme to reward customers with a revenue spend of €1.3m+ per annum. It joins IAG Cargo’s award-winning FORWARD.REWARDS scheme for SMEs, providing a natural progression for IAG Cargo customers as they grow.

  • IAG Cargo, the leading cargo carrier, launches FORWARD.PLATINUM a new loyalty programme for customers with a revenue spend of €1.3m+ per annum
  • The new programme complements the existing FORWARD.REWARD scheme for SMEs, enabling customers to move through the IAG Cargo rewards programmes as they grow
  • FORWARD.PLATINUM offers personalised incentives to customers, designed to match and enable individual business’ needs

FORWARD.PLATINUM membership is by invitation only and has been designed to provide bespoke incentives to IAG Cargo’s larger customers. Under the scheme, customers can redeem loyalty points for flights with British Airways and Iberia or against a choice of 250,000 hotels worldwide.
