One of the most significant enhancements to our online booking platform is the introduction of Standard and Flex booking rates, available exclusively on IAGCargo.com.

Designed to cater to different shipment needs, Standard allows customers to secure IAG Cargo’s lowest available price when plans are confirmed. Meanwhile, Flex offers the freedom to modify a booking, accommodating changing operational needs.

The introduction of Constant Climate passive online

IAG Cargo’s digital capabilities now extend to temperature-sensitive solutions, with Constant Climate passive now available to book online across all pre-alert-enabled origin, transit and destination stations. This specialist product joins the growing range of services already available on IAGCargo.com, including Perform, Prioritise and Constant Fresh.

As more products become available to book online, customers can view real-time availability and pricing, track shipments with greater visibility, and easily modify bookings whenever needed. They also benefit from our best price online, all delivered through a fast, easy-to-use platform.

A centralised hub for booking, managing, and tracking shipments

The logged-in area of IAGCargo.com has been redesigned to bring shipment booking, managing, and tracking all together in one central hub.

The booking dashboard on IAGCargo.com now gives customers a consolidated view of all bookings in one intuitive space, no matter where they were made, providing complete visibility and control. Meanwhile, a new 15-minute transaction timer within the booking flow shows how long an Air Waybill is being held, with the option to extend the hold if more time is needed.

Together, these features streamline the end-to-end booking journey and deliver greater transparency at every stage.

Supporting self-service through a new Help Centre

To complement these booking enhancements, we’ve launched a new Help Centre designed to make it easier for customers to find the information they need quickly and in one place. Accessible directly from the main navigation on IAGCargo.com, the Help Centre brings together guidance, support resources and key information in a single, easy-to-navigate hub.

In addition to customer support content, the Help Centre provides access to a range of new online contact forms. Whether existing customers have a billing query or prospective customers want to sign up to start doing business with us, being able to submit enquiries through a single global form gives customers faster handling and more efficient resolution.

Over the coming year, we will continue to develop the Help Centre and introduce further improvements based on user behaviour and customer feedback, helping customers find answers and resolve queries more quickly.
