We are proud to support Sparks, who fund pioneering child health research. Every day in the UK, up to five children lose their lives because of a rare disease. These children and their families are waiting for life-saving treatments and researchers are waiting for the funding to find answers.
Sparks relies on funding to support clinicians and scientists who have the skills, innovation and passion to improve children’s lives forever, through the power of research.
Since our partnership began in 2013 we have raised over £160,000 to help Sparks fund ground-breaking child health research projects across the UK and overseas.
Our employees provide excellent support for the partnership and together we raise money together through a variety of fun and challenging activities including Tough Mudders, football tournaments, quiz nights, bake sales, family Christmas events, marathons, cycling challenges and our annual customer ball.
If you’d like to find out more about the partnership and how you can get involved please contact Sparks Ambassador, Simon Cripps.
We are an official sponsor of the British Museum, helping to fly some of the world’s most valuable and culturally significant objects around the globe. In 2015, we sponsored Indigenous Australia, a unique exhibition bringing together the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Australia for a special exhibition at the British Museum. In 2016, we are sponsoring the museum once again for South Africa: The Art of a Nation. From some of the earliest examples of human creativity, to cutting-edge contemporary works, visitors to the museum will be able to discover the fascinating history of South Africa through art.
